Peterson Pick Size?

Hey guys,
I have a nice pick case I made and I am wondering how many peterson picks I would be able to fit in it. I have searched and cant find anything on this.
If any of you have some Peterson picks, I would really appreciate it if you could measure the width of a peterson is. The side where Peterson's logo is printed.
If you could tell me how wide that side is, that would be great.

Here's photo of the length from a google search, I'll dig up another one in a minute of the width which is 1/2 inch.

yep about 1/2 inch wide, plus give yourself room to slide them in and out of the case, the Peterson leather case I have has .60 wide pockets.

My sample Peterson pick (a standard width Bogie) has a handle roughly 0.48" wide and 0.16" (+-/0.005"). Metric measurements of the same pick yield the following: 12.15mm wide by 4.20mm thick. A comparison with a 0.18" version of the same tool produces measurements within approximately 0.01"/0.05mm.

Thanks everyone! It was really helpful. I will be sure to post a picture of my case when I am done with it. I am making out of some leather from an old wallet I had, and some other materials I had lying around the house. It wraps around my forearm/wrist, and can be worn under a shirt. A bit like this.

The main advantage is that when picking a door lock, I wear it on my left arm, so I can easily change picks with my right arm while my left arm doesn't have to release tension. If you can imagine that.

That is certainly a useful feature if you do a lot of picking 'in the field' instead of at a bench. It is why, on the occasions where I do have to pick something in those situations I usually end up holding a couple tools in my teeth.
