Only lock picking tools I own that has a guarantee is my pair of majestic pick guns and they do have a lifetime guarantee and
they already have fixed them in the past, so I know they are not lying

I received some samples from the owner, which I thought were decent. Then I tried ordering some for my tool reference collection, a couple of their pick sets and some loose picks. I had a couple small questions before ordering but they ignored all attempts to contact them: through their website, by email and on this forum. After multiple tries over a period of a few weeks I finally gave up.

Makes me wonder how responsive they'll be to other customer service issues.
