Mystery tension wrench?

I ordered a set of these Z-bar style tension wrenches from Banggood (China). I'm usually not a fan of cheapo imports, but this is actually a great set. It cost me less than $9 and that included paying extra for expedited shipping. (obligatory disclaimer: I do not work for, nor do I have any financial interest in, Banggood/GOSO)

There is one oddball wrench in this set though. Anyone have any idea what this is for? I'm thinking it might be a dual-purpose tool for a specific type/brand of lock--both to tension the core and also to hold down an auxiliary pin near the bottom of the keyway, like what's in some of the Viro padlocks. Anyone seen anything like this before?

MSeifert beat me to it. Was going to guess this the Iseo Perfecta:



The box name matches the lock from the video:



I used a wire that is normally used to tension a lever lock and a straight poker to pick it. You can see the keyway is the same as the video.



Was thinking it could also be for a W-LOK, since the tensioner/pick made for me by Rai looks the same, but the W-LOK is a little bigger.



But the video is pretty clear.

I had seen that video from LPL of the Iseo Perfecta before. This tool seems similar, but as far as I can tell mine is much smaller in dimensions than the one shown in that video. If I had to guess I would say the tip of the tool and the diameter of the "wire" making up the body of my tool are less than half that shown. I had to get out a macro lens for my camera to get it to focus in the pics I posted. That tip is very small, which is why I was thinking it might have something to do with a pin tumbler lock. Then again, I could be mistaken about that; I've never seen an Iseo Perfecta in real life so I'm having to go off things like hands and fingers to get a sense of scale.

But those suggestions raise a good point! It could very well be for tensioning some kind of disc detainer or other lock?

I think you're probably right about that. I was originally thinking that it was meant to be slid down the warding in a pin-tumbler lock but the more I think about it the disc detainer idea makes a lot more sense.
