So, I recently got into lockpicking, I had to pick a single-sided wafer lock on a cash box. With two pieces of wire. And it felt good when I clicked that bastard open
Since I'm new, and want to practice and "feel" it first, I ordered some picks on Ebay.

This set. My question is, I live in Europe, would these picks fit into a European lock or would I have to grind them a bit? Anyone with experience on these picks?

Hello, I have the same set (use them for more than 10 years now) and these work fine for several European locks.

So, I took BosnianBill's advice, and ordered some quality picks form Multipick. That set I linked cost me 5$ free shipping
My question is, would these picks work fine as a starter?

Is it a good idea to have two different hooks, one with a bigger curve one with a smaller?

Sorry, I meant the first kit , the chinese picks costed me 5$. The multipicks were a bit more expensive

That snowman pick is for use on double sided wafer locks, the rest look good
HPC are fine picks, you can always do some edge rounding later if you want them smoother

Riveted picks are poor at transmitting feedback, tend to bend and those look a bit long for Euro locks.

Myself, I use Peterson picks. They are about $8 a piece, whatever shape you're after. If you have $15 per pick you can get rubber handles in place of plastic.
