MadBob's Wrenches

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

MadBob's Wrenches

Postby AngryHatter » 4 Apr 2018 3:19

They were just on sale - $30 to the States for six(6) wrenches 2 of each thickness 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm in a flat and a curved configuration.

The lip, unlike Peterson is not serrated but they are notched to hold the cylinder under tension.
The finish is superior to Peterson. Much smoother. They are etched with the name and thickness.

The curved ones are interesting but the heads make for a "bass ackwards" situation. If you flip the wrench from short to long side the curve is also reversed. If the wrench was towards you before it is away from you when you switch. To work, in my mind the heads would need to be on the same side - not alternative sides.

I value wrenches as much if not more than picks. These are well worth the money.

Very fast shipping - even though I had to check a box stating that I acknowledged shipping could take 5 weeks, it took less than two.
