Metal Handles VS. Grip Handles.

Currently the MPXS-14 set is at 34.95.
The PXS-14 (which appears to be the same set but with grips) is at 24.95. Is there a noticeable difference and is the Grip Set a better value?

This is an age old argument that will not likely end soon, but I usually prefer no grip at all. Bare metal gives good feedback, but has the downside of being uncomfortable after long periods of picking. You eventually get used to it tho.

well, if I can save 10 bucks and theres no difference otherwise I think I'll get the grip set. Just want to know if they are actually the same thing

No the sets arn't the same. Just depends on what kinds of locks you will be picking. Personally I would buy the ones with the handles because the metal handles are very thin and flex when you use them or so It appears to be what I would call the "handle-less" metal handles.
The pick on the top has a metal handle which is 3 times the thickness of the one on the bottem which I believe Is what is in the sets you were asking about.

alright well I will check out the grip set. I might lose some of the precise feel in the picks but I think it will be a better feel in my hand. Plus its cheaper and I will probably be getting a nicer set once i know what im doing.
