How do you decode Master padlock key blind code?

Postby tomwhite » 16 Oct 2015 2:21

Does someone have a chart to translate the blind code numbers of Master padlock keys to the bitting code? for example a Master padlock key stamped with the numbers (3704) does not mean that the key is cut to those depths it's a blind code only, and it needs to be decoded to the bitting numbers. I need a chart to translate blind codes to bitting codes for master padlock keys. Thanks!

This is not a beginner hobby lockpicking question. I have moved your post to the Locksmith area and into the Key Machines & Programmers sub forum.

You need code books or software.

If you're willing to pay, there's this place. http://www.lockcodes.com/
It's probably cheaper to have a locksmith code cut a key. It would definitely be easier.
