Silca Ultracode - need manual for USB / cutting by VIN

I have an older Silca Ultracode machine. I am looking for a manual on how to use this machine. There is a USB port and I would like to know how to cut a key by the VIN number. We are a KIA and MAZDA dealer. HELP....

I think you will also need software such as InstaCode in order to talk to the key machine, but you would enter the cuts, not a VIN, there are website services that you pay for that you'd give them the VIN and they give you the key cuts or the indirect code that you then type into InstaCode and it tells the key machine via USB cable which cuts to make and how deep.

*Perhaps someone else can chime in, in case I got any of that wrong....
