Cole key duplicator (semi-auto?)

This Cole is for sale. The price seems very reasonable to me, so I'm giving it a closer look.
I can't tell the model. On the right seems to be a carriage scroll which might make this a semi-automatic duplicator.
My goal is to cut some keys by code--using simple space & depth keys. I'm not sure this is the machine for that.

The jaws look standard for "narrow" and "wide" keys.
I also do not know whether the cutters for this are expensive or interchangeable with ILCO, etc.

Anyone who can identify this model? If so, share your experiences with it.

It is semi-automatic. But to use depth and space keys to code cut keys, you will need to use it in manual mode.

Not very good unless under $100. I think we tossed the last one we had in the dumpster, after putting the motor on an old Keil machine.
