They had been having problems with the machine, having to toss about a third of the keys they cut. They sent it directly to Pro-Lok to be calibrated. When it came back it wouldn’t cut a single working key - worse than ever.
First thing I did was cut a test key to compare to a key punched on my punch. This is what I found:
