Sagar 100 key dupicator

I recently saw this for sale on eBay. It's an Sagar SA-100.
I do not see a handle... so I presume it's on the opposite side of the machine.
I have no idea of the age. The seller wants $200 + S/H. I am thinking the asking price is too high and I have seen other machine I'd want--unless there is some feature on the SA-100 which is so spectacular that I'm ignorant of it.
So... is it a value for the $200 asking price?

I wouldn't buy any machine that is all rusty & looks like it was found in a dump. You are gonna want your key machine to be accurate to thousanths of an inch--you won't get that accuracy from a machine that has been so mistreated unless it is given a complete rebuild--cheaper to buy a machine that has been properly cared for

That Sagar is a good machine. It is very compact, perhaps the most compact machine made. The motor is a high quality motor and stays cool. The crank handle mechanism is very fast. You can cut keys as quickly as any machine on the market. Another advantage is because the jaws are stacked it can handle much longer keys that most other machines. $200 is a fair price. The last shop I worked at had 12 machines but the one we used 90% of the time for normal keys was the Sagar.
