It is a single .pdf document containing over 28,000 pages of information on various locking mechanisms.

Is this document considered TOP Secret / Secret /Confidential or restricted.
If it had a chance of working I would like to apply in a Freedom of Information request to see it.

As far as I know, not sure if anyone here has a copy, or has seen one for that matter. Wish I had a copy.

But as you can imagine, a government would be quite reluctant to release that kind of information. If it is still classified as Top Secret, good luck getting them to acknowledge that it still exists, let alone having them release a copy.
