Hi, new to the site. i have a job tomorow, where one window wont lock, and one wont open, no key system just handle.. i will strip the one that doesnt lock, but how will i open the other?
any help would be gr88888888,

wont open as in the locking mechanism wont open or the window wont open?

Cut it off? Pictures would have been nice to tell how the window locks but if its like the ones in my house you can cut it apart and remove it.

thanks, had to drill it out,, someone tried to take the handles off before i got to it, and rounder the screws, what a mess... typical! handy joe agian!!
