Unfortunately the thing you are asking for doesn't seem to exist. I have the same HID prox fob on my keys it is less than 1 inch by 1 inch. Buy one of the faraday pouches that are meant to put your entire keys into and cut it down and sew your own little pouch. get creative, not every solution is purchased off the shelf. here's a site for making your own pouches and where to get the material:
https://killyourphone.com/What is this fob for? your apt building? is there some sort of threat of someone stealing your fob data and replaying it to get into your building? you know those attacks arent common place right?
Even if you have a blocker on your key fob, the other people getting in the building probably don't care about security the way you do, and they'll get their fob read by an attacker who will get in using their fob.
