I have been looking for a new core for a chinese copy of american 700. There have been some cores in Ebay but they have been located in USA and the shipping is just too much. Also is there an EU source for those anti-bypass wafers for these locks?
These locks are not common in Europe. I've found some at €5,- each so I'm not complaining about the build quality. It's quite unlikely a core for an American padlock will fit, also they are more expensive than getting more Chinese locks. I've yet to see someone sell the real locks in Europe.
Thank you from the replies. I'm planning to "hot rod" this chinese lock since it is relatively OK at other build aspects than its core only 5-pin and gritty.
