I'm looking at buying a full set with case I'm wondering the cheapest place to buy a set in new Zealand would be also the cheapest over seas but I like the idea of supporting local buissnesss thanks

Last I heard, you are required by law to be a registered, licensed locksmith to possess these tools in New Zealand. Otherwise you can be charged with burglary tools. A well known, long time locksmith I know moved to New Zealand from the United States, and had to sell off his tools before moving to New Zealand. It was from him that I heard about the laws there.

I only state this because you don't want to pay for tools and then have them seized by customs if you are not registered.
