Ahhh, yes, the phone. I am hard of hearing (and a bit stubborn), so I really prefer email. I would like to know IF they can provide email support, like the Technical Assistance they offer via phone.

, my search-fu did turn up the better price. In fact, the email I sent was asking them to confirm the $600 price and then I would would send the money right away.
Maybe I can make my Wife call them....
DONT GET ME WRONG, I have heard nothing but good things about them, and I have researched MOST of the other options fir this type of training. People say the are credible, and I have no reason to doubt that, I just would prefer email support to phone.
F-B should actually have a person on their staff join this group, they may learn something. Maybe they would be willing to be a sponsor or offer a discount to members here. I am sure that would be mututally beneficial.
