All you have to do is call them and ask! I just said, "Hey. I'm interested in your locksmithing course, but Penn-Foster offers cheaper tuition. I talked to a few Foley-Belsaw graduates and they said that they got the course for $599 with the pistol pick. If I had an offer like that, I would enroll right now."

It was as easy as pie. She replied to me saying "The lowest our locksmithing course can go for is $599. I believe the pistol pick is given to everyone after they complete their course."

I just enrolled online via credit card for $645 with tax included. I paid in full because I've been saving to do it that way, but she asked if I wanted to join a payment plan, so I believe that it's possible to get the $599 rate with a payment plan.

Hopefully this is helpful to someone out there :)

It was possible when I enrolled.

Congrats and good luck!
