Education Direct Locksmithing

Postby Sneak » 30 Aug 2005 19:37

I just got my first instruction module in the mail today. I immediately read the information in the study unit and finished the first exam. I have decided to post everything I am going to be doing in the course in this topic. So if I need help I can make a post in this topic without having to make multiple topics about the same course. If you haven’t read my other topic about what I enrolled in here is the program outline http://www.educationdirect.com/locksmit ... tline.html I don't have any questions right now since the first study unit is about learning strategies but I will later. I hope members will be happy to reply to any questions I will have while doing this course. :D

Yeah, I just started the Thomson Education Direct Locksmithing course
the other day.

My assignments get sent to NSW Australia.
If it is the same course, seems a long way from home, going by
your profile.

Although their welcome package etc, etc was organised very very well,
the stuff was sent across states to me (next day) and I have not had
ANY troubles at all with T.E.D, I did however find that their modules could
have had a little effort put into the contents. (well presented and quite proffessional, though).
I got everything in perfect condition, with a Bill Phillips book.
Oh, figure 6.9 on page 95 confuses disc tumblers and plug in their
diagram, disregard that one, hehe. (driving me nuts, hehe).

But the book is a great one, very informative.

I am happy with my purchase, and am glad there is already a thread
that I could 'hijack'. (didn't want to make an 'I got my course the other day!' thread, hehe).

Well, congrats to you, to me and to Chrispy and the others that are
furthering their knowledge of locksmithing.

Here's to us.
