Hi All
Im new on here so hello.
Anyhow i can buy this decoder from an auction and would like to know what it is before I get too excited. Does anyone know what lock its for. Im guessing a Chubb safe lock but the key looks like a standard mortice. http://imgur.com/a/ByJsU

Its a pin and cam decoder. If you open the pin box on the bottom right of your picture it will tell you inside what lock the pins are for.

Is that something made by Chris Belcher or John Falle? Looks expensive. Wonder if Safeventures sells that kit

Was thinking the same thing.

Hope you get it. If you decide not to go for it, please let us know so one of us can go for it. :)

Oh cool, it's the 'mystery tool' that was on Reddit a while back. The top two picks are not pin and cams, I'm pretty sure they're picks...and they have wire running through them as well as being a 2-in-1. I said they were very Falle-esque when I saw them! So it for the Chubb 110, eh? Very secure lock.

I knew about the pin and cam for the Chubb 110, and that is definitely in the set listed on eBay, with the pin set like what Ratlock showed. But those picks are something else, I'd love to know what that wire feed is for; decoding I guess? Maybe it is a decoder and not a pick after all? :?:

I am gutted I missed the auction to be honest. I do not have a spare £400 but , those beauties are worth that all year long!

Its worth it if the box is full of pins.

Ive bought one in the past that had some pins missing, and it harder than I thought to get them exact, very time consuming.
The pin and cam ones Ive got are straight pins with no taper, whilst other decoders have a step in the pin, that must be a nighmare to make.
The tools I own from SV are real labours of love, whoever made them, and stainless steel is a nightmare to work with.
