Order TKm replacement keys for ebike? Have key number

I work in a bike shop and sometimes when you give people their 2 keys for their ebike and tell them not to keep them both on the same key ring they still lose both within 48 hours. The keys say TKm on them and the code is 3008. They are not the keys in the picture but will be the same type type as they're from the exact se model bike. When I tried to Google TKm replacement keys I mostly just get listings for a key cutting tool. Where do I order this key? Image

From the manufacturer of the ebike?

Only give them 1 key, and tell them you provide 2nd key a week later for security. or take all keys to locksmith to make copies, then give customer their 2 keys, and you still have a back up key made in case they come back to say they lost their original keys.

This seems to be a mostly correct answer. They have a 90 day wait though. Like.....WWHHHHAAATTTT? 90 days. Now that's funny.

vast majority of the ebikes have abus keys which are super duper easy to order. I don't think most people would be cool with this approach

This could be offered as an added fee service, 'key security'.

Sorry to hear that, if you deal with a lot of volume, maybe buy a cheap Key Machine, bunch of Blanks, Make Copies of All that go through, Charge them for the convience, their lack of responsibility, the Quick Service.
