how to post links from a .xls file

any suggestions on how to share the content of a .xls file

is there a .xls to post converter or method. am i looking for a .xls to php format convertor

I have a .pdf file with complete text of a lot of patents, how might I share that

You'll have to host the PDF file somewhere like Dropbox and make the folder it is in have a shared link to anyone with the link and then copy/paste that dropbox.com link to the pdf file here

probably share the xls the same way unless it is not a huge xls and you can take a screen shot of it using the Windows Snipping Tool, then save it as a .jpg or .png and upload to imgur, then copy/paste and share the image here.
