Supra-C lockbox cutaway window

Borrowed a friend's rotary tool to make a cutaway of this lockbox I got in a paired set. Not especially pretty but I love the "dual-fork" internals of this lock. Haven't really figured out a simple way to decode it, and the springs eat feedback pretty well. Oddly, the false gate cutouts don't seem like they do much in this setup?

It might be fun to take one and skeletonize the front as much as possible while still maintaining the structural integrity needed to keep the lock operational. You understand... show most of the fence/fork, the springs, etcetera.

Nice! These are still sleek and mysterious to me. Does yours have the same bright gold color?

I would love that! Hoping to develop those skills. I ruined two (!) carbide bits this time around, which can't be right.

I break carbide end mills all the time Nice work on the Supra I have not had a chance to play with one yet.
