I have been pranked all my locks are upside down

Assuming the bitting is the same and the locks were just removed and turned upside down, the problem you are having is due to one or more collapsed springs.

Try this:

Insert key, use a rubber hammer or screwdriver and tap the handle underneath while applying turning pressure.

If the lock opens, that's your problem. If not...there could be other issues at hand. Also try a generous application of a spray lubricant (not a powder)

They ruined the locks. took the guts out of them and made them to where they would not turn. So I "accidently" locked my self out and cut the door down with my chain saw, very effective way of making entry. So they had to pay a carpenter to put me up brand new shiny doors. After the carpenter and the pranksters left I went to their houses later and picked their door locks and filled their cars with shredded paper. thanks for your help guys

You know... I would never condone picking locks you don't own and breaking into your friends cars....

... but a little part of me cheered...

Now, if I was your friend... I'd probably send you the bill for cleaning my car.

I personally would have kicked a tile off the roof,
pulled a roofsheet up, took the door trim off,
drilled the lock or broken a small window,
(assuming there wasn't one already open).

But yeah, a chainsaw should work.

The lock should open, because all my locks are upside down I did this myself, it make it harder for other to us the pick gun on my locks(have to use the gun upside down and it harder to use), but my locks work upside down with not problem

when they did this, some pins might have jump out / damage it or change the pins combination on it.

You really would have been better off just calling a locksmith. That would have cost a lot less, though I don't know that was your intention.
