for dimple locks with standard pins you can do them with normal lockpicks.

for the more advanced dimple locks (MulTLock, for example)you need specialised 'dimple lockpicks'

if you specifya particular lock you wish to tackle you will get better answers, as the tools required can vary. A brand name, or description of how the lock looks will help others to help you.

Matador picks. Just do a search, you'll find some good threads. There's an info thread on how to make them found here. :)

there are two sets of pins - one set on the top, and one on the bottom, making 10 pins you need to pick.

These look like standard pins though, so matadore picks will pick it. follow the link which Chrispy gave you, and make some of your own out of hacksaw blades. the top pins look like you will need to be quite gentle because there is litle space between the sheer line, and their original positions. Doesn't seem too difficult - tell us how picking it goes

Raimundo makes a great pick for dimple locks.
