Hello all. I am pretty new at picking, and I am starting to learn how different picks can be used for a specific lock more efficiently than others.
Anyway, I was working on my door of my brothers bedroom for no reason...im not sure what type it is, but its a 5 pin tumbler. I can pick it in about 20-30 seconds in the locking direction. I never picked it to the unlock position. I was searching some of the LP101 forums, and I found that on thread that showed you how to use a rubberband as a plug spinner.
Anyone know if this is a psychological thing going on here, or is it possible that picking in the lock position is easier on some locks? Thanks in advance.
