Hey guys, just wanted to see what was up with everyone. A few may remember me but most wont. I just saw some thing about coinstar and you can redeem your money for amazon gift certificates, since i have no credit card (it would be maxed out, LOL jk jk) and no place to really buy picks around me i was wondering which set yuo would recomend out of these.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref=xs_ ... ck%20picks

I figure ill just cash in all my change and use the gift certificate to cash em in.

Here is a pic of my pocket set. Nothing special just 2 picks a snake and a hook.

Nothing that's available is worth having - if it were me I'd get the [shudder] jackknife set.... ugh

Amazon sells pick tools. I had no idea. Neat. Too bad that's all they've got. I don't know anything about the Lock Technologies Grant Master kit, but aside from being overkill, it looks like there's a lot of stuff there. It would have been nicer if the "View Larger Image" actually showed a larger image so I could take a closer look.

I would have said the SouthOrd 14 set would be a good place to start, but it's "currently unavailable", as is anything else worth buying save the Grand Master kit which may or may not be crap, and may or may not be too many tools for you.

I believe Lockpickshop.com takes money orders. That might be a better place to start.

Cheers!

There is a lot of stuff there, but before trimming to a useful size, I doubt you'd effectively use much more than the J1 snake...that half-diamond is HUGE!!
