The top one seems ok for what its worth but i havent seen it in the flesh but the sample page looks like it could be a good book, i could be wrong but i think buggs said that was a good one to get as well but i could be wrong on that.

Thank you Shrub for correcting the link mistake.

I don't know if you are kidding, but as you didn't add any smile I think you are being serious about your comment. Well, Portugal as no brand, some cars are made here but not from a Portuguese brand, they are all foreign vehicles. I guess we have a bit of every brand.

What I want from this topic is to know wich manual is/seems better. I want to know wich one covers more brands and models and if they complement each other or if the brands they cover aren't the same.

As they are both from the same seller you could ask for a run down of vehicles covered from them, they may copy you the index if your lucky

I would have portugal has virtually the same cars as the uk. When i was last there i saw a lot of seat and vag group in general. Our hire car was a vauxhall. You may look to multipick for the little joe set as a lot of these cars have deadlocks and poking around with wires may not work.

lol... what I meant is that I don't really know what sort of vehicles you have over there. For instance, the brand-specific manual I have is specifically intended for US motors; if I wandered over to Europe or I'm sure Portugal, I'd be seeing stuff I'd never even heard of. So one of the main things you'll want to do is make sure that whatever you buy is well-tailoref for your locale.
