Security Locks

Hi everybody,
Here we have a kind of lock we call it "Security Lock".



If someone know the exact term I would be grateful...
Of course question is how you pick one of those. How difficult it is? Are they really secure?

Do you know the make? what does the green sticker on the side of the lock say? Is there any writing and/or printing anywhere on the lock? If you can supply more information about the lock someone may be able to help better.

if there is no further information about the lock, if you can manage a better picture, then that may also help.

It is a double bitted lever lock that is all I can tell from that picture. Hopefully some of the more experienced lever lock pickers can chime in.

At least a sense of scale would be good. Advanced lockpickers, would I be wrong in saying that looks an awful lot like a lever lock?

Ok,
It's a CISA. Green tab reads: TEST OK M738 26-M.
Also on the body the word "BREVETTATO" is inscribed.
Dimensions: 22.5 cm height x 11.5 cm wide.
I donno if this is of any help. If not, ask me to post a better pic.
It's important for me to know how difficult it is to be opened.
My appartment's door has one of those....

If i had that, i'd rest assured.
It looks impressive enough to scare off any burglar.

That lock looks like a lock i saw installed in 20 euro safe.
I would not expect it on an apartment door.
Gotta love surprises.

The lock I'm talking about looks very close to this:



Manufacturer calls it: 4-Throw Double-Bit Key Mortice Lock With Multiple Dead-Bolt.

What it takes to open it?

A few bycicle spokes, if I assume correctly.

Look up "Lever locks" and you'll find out.
There is a gather big guide on it somewhere on LP101.
