Kee-Blok doorknob cover... type of pick?

I have seen these Kee-Blok doorknob covers several times. I even own one of them. I am trying to determine what type of pick would be used to pick them. Would it be a double sided wafer pick? Here is a picture of this type of lock:

The keys to these are quite small and short... they are designed to go around a doorknob to prevent you from accessing the keyhole.

It is a double sided wafer lock, made by Chicago if I remember correctly. It is a wafer though. You can pick them with single sided picks, with tension in the middle.

Get out of your double sided mindset. He means a standard pin tumbler; tension wrench and a hook pick, diamond pick, your choice. Although Chucklz has identified the lock so this point is pretty much moot.
