Tube Tension bar

I have been using a brass bar about 1/16th it works well on most tubes and gives a extra edge on opening hard to pick locks. Ace dose not have a clean cut tension toehold. What are others using to torque on ace?

try a 9mm or .38 cal shell

actually a 9mm and a .38 spc will just dent most. 12ga is what you use for breaching.

Allen keys make good tensioners,

after grinding them down you'll notice discoloration from heat, it's wise to heat to cherry red then quench the metal in oil or water when you're done, lasts longer.

No, you get discolouration if youve got it too hot during grinding, an allen key is better filed, but if ground quench every few secs and you will be fine.

I dont think they were going to use the 9mm and .38 to breach a door, but for use as a tensioner. But a 12ga would make one helluva "pick" anyhow
