PVC tilt and turn window lock

Postby unigal » 23 Apr 2006 15:25

Ok here it is..

I'm at university and I live in halls, the problem is that I have a room on the south side and it's too hot!!!! Apparently for safety reason they have locks on these windows to stop us using the "TURN" facility... so all I have is the "TILT" facility... and I sit and bake at my desk at the window.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows where i can get a replacement key or something simple to open this window with, or any other advise!!!!

Please....

Thanks,

Unigal

It's not just a safety requirement, to stop pissed up students jumping out of windows, its also a security requirement, to stop pissed up students climbing in through windows.
