I was given an old safe with no combo

A Customer of mine gave me a safe thats been in there basement for 30 years unopened, it is empty but i want to open it and use it they do not remember the combo, It has the name Record Protector on the front of it I have know idea how to get in to it can anyone help

The best (and only) advice you'll get is to contact a locksmith, or experiment dialling different combinations. Safe combination manipulation discussion is only discussed in the advanced forums.

Assuming the safe lock is in good working condition, there's no reason why a skilled safe technician should not be able to open it without drilling.
