Your not putting enough tension on then,

The SV pick wont do the low levers either,

I take it its the newer yellow Legge and not the older yellow legge?

Eitherway a curtain pick should be able to open it, maybe a look inside to check everything is right in there,

Well if you can lift all the levers with this one right now get better with that first as its easier to learn on than the cb picks althoguh some of us did start with those,

You just cant be putting enough tension on,

if the old yellow legge with the raised lip around the curtain, and the 5 levers with no anti picks at all, then it does need a firmer tension, the cb pick and triple picks are not as good with this lock as the solid picks like safeventures, all solid picks should get even lowest lever in this lock.

If the newer yellow legge with no raised lip around keyway, then it will have the BS levers in it, then a lighter tension is needed, and if this lock then the CB pick and triple pick are the only pick for the job consistently due to solid picks not getting under low levers, and on this ive always found the cb pick to be by far superior.

the old yellow legge also responds well to a cut down souber wire to tension the curtain and a small J wire to overlift levers, fiddley but very effective.
