make a tool somewhat like a hair pin, but with plenty of spring and made not to pinch together, but to spread, this can be pinched together and worked into the keyway, then allowed to spread pushing the pins or wafers out of the keyway, then if you cannot make it fall out, dangle the lock keyhole down and put a paper clip into the keyway, and tape a magnet onto the end you will hold, the tape will prevent the magnet from moving and it may transfer enough magnetism into the keyhole to pull the broken key out with gravity assist. if it dosent come out right away, move the paper clip wire a bit to see if its in need of dislodgeing.
If that dosent work, look into dissasembling the lock somehow, anyway, thats what I would try I guess.
