almost there!

I'm new to lock picking I only got my first set a couple weeks ago. I have a big problem. I'm able to pick all the pins and get them stuck on the ridge line, so I turn the lock 90 degrees and it gets stuck. I can only turn the lock back to the original position. What am I doing wrong?

what type of lock is it? door lock? padlock? and what model is it?

sounds like an american padlock cylinder--did all the key pins fall out the bottom ??

lol dd. nah, i think perhaps it is that the driver pins are sticking on something and so it will not turn the rest of the way due to that. or maybe even the key pins sticking on something in the hull on the side.

as for a fix, try playing with the tension wrench and pushing ALL of one set of pins up and mess with that and see what comes of it.
