Try coopying the wooden one in this thread: http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?t=10505

I did it fine a few days back just rolling up the cardboard box Coco-Pops come in - worked much better than I'd imagined. :)

I made it the hard way:D
I sliced my old colt lighter whit dremel, lighter has round like ends sso
now i have 1 well working, somewhat flexible plugfollower, which works nice.
This can be changed

I also used to do this, but if you don't get the size right (if you make it a little too big) it can really be frustrating with the tape all messed up inside the lock.

What I did was go to a local hardwarestore and buy a round wooden stick (dowel) - they have all the sizes you need and if you just buy 1m. you have enough for a lifetime of plug followers. Just cut pieces off it.

I am at work so I don't know what size it is, but I use a long socket from my toolset. Works great.
