Peterson Web Ordering To The UK

Postby Cherokee » 18 Sep 2006 10:59

I am having trouble ordering picks from Peterson via their website from the UK, Has anyone else had simalar problems?

When I get to the checkout page my order gets declined due to a 'AVS' mismatch. I have spoken to my card provider and all is well their end and as far as they are concerned the transaction is authorised.

I have tried e-mailing them but keeps coming back as message undeliverable? (address, info@peterson)

Can anyone shed some light on this problem as I am itching to get my hands on some Peterson picks!

Thanks in advance.

I was having problems e-mailing them as well. Just call. When I did, Ken himself answered the phone (I believe he is the founder or owner) and he is very friendly. Good luck!

Just to update everyone who has read this thread, Within one hour of trying to e-mail Peterson,s I had a call from Cole Peterson on my mobile phone saying he was sorry that I had problems trying to order from their website, :o

He then proceeded to take my order manually (whilst being on the move on his mobile phone) :)

This was followed up next day with an e-mail confirming the order. :D

Now that's what I call service! - I wish we received service like that here in the UK instesd of call centres based in India :!: :!:

I would definately recommend this company to anyone who is considaring by picks or tools.
