There are differences in locks, not stating the obvious but, a lock that is easy for me is or may not be easy for you.
That being said, try going to a dollar,convenience or hardware store and purchase a few varieties, check the keys if possible to insure a different biting (in some cases two locks with different key cutting depths but a similar sequence can be similar in how the lock is being picked).
ie. If lock #1's key is cut to 34365 with no security pin, and lock #2's key is cut to 23254 also with no security pin. Even though the pins may not set in the same order for each lock, the locks are similar being that the only difference is a one cut depth difference for each pin.
I have also come across pairs of locks where the pins set in the same order on different brands. It just happens this way sometimes, good luck and post your findings if any.
