They are pretty expensive anywhere you go. Try asking in buy sell trade instead of in here. Also specify 7, or 8 pin, and what type your looking for.
There is a way that sometimes works for impressioning open a tubular lock. Take the cardboard piece from a toilette paper roll, cut a straight line down it, and then wrap it around a standard bic ball point pen(tightly). Then keeping it tightly wrapped use some high durability tape to tape it up. Then use that piece to be moved slowly left and right in a tubular lock until it opens. Mostly works on kyrptonite locks.

Making a tubular pick isn't as hard as it seems, but you will need a steady hand and a light touch with the dremel.

Once you have the proper diameter tube, you have to run 7 or 8 grooves down the side for the picking fingers.

This is the hardest part of the entire operation. A jig, a lathe, or a milling machine would help but you can do it all by hand with nothing but a good eye, a steady hand and a dremel.

Spend some time looking at the comercial ones, and you will see how to do it. Not to mention that someone in here wrote a tutorial on how to make just such a critter.
