car help needed

Postby bull*ramus » 13 Oct 2006 6:57

hi all, i'm trying to help a freind out with a v-plate renault clio 5-door, the rear doors are jammed shut (solenoids) and we can't get them open, ive got a slim jim, but after trying it out on my own car (94 citroen zx) i'm note sure its gonna work, i can't get to the lever cos the guide for the window glass is in the way, do these tools only work on front doors? the only other solution i can think of is cutting the door panel off the inside but she's a bit short on money so i'd rather not damage anything...any thoughts on how to get them open?
thanks alot
chris

You need a wire tool, a good diagram of the interior of the door, and some time.

Or a good locksmith or auto technician.

In any case, this is an advanced topic and thats about all the help you are likely to get here unfortunately.
