Are all Medco locks un- bumpable ?

I understand that it can be done if the bump key has the correct angles to start with

it is therorhetically bumpable though I have yet to see it done and would require more then one key, after that I can't talk about it cause it is advanced

It doesn't require more than one key, it can be done with only one, zeke79 did it here http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?t=10924&highlight=medeco+bumping

The only catch is he needed to know the angle of the cuts to do it.

The other method using 2 keys was determined not to work, I do believe.
