Lockpicks.com Policy?

Another Bump key question I am sorry. Anyways would lockpicks.com sell me the proffessional bump key set http://www.lockpicks.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=634

If I explained to them I was a very serious hobbiest or would I need to be a locksmith. Sorry for this question but the keys look nice and durable and look like they would last me a long time. Thank you.

I would say that no they would not. If everything else on their site is for locksmiths and has no disclaimers besides the bump keys you can be sure they are pretty serious. Just my opinion.
