Double Sided?

I have kind of a noob question these picks (http://www.lockpickshop.com/p-DSS-4.html) came with the set i bought and i just wanted to know how they worked and what they worked on i have a double sided lock on a lock-box and i couldnt get them to work on it.

Those are wafer lock picks.

Things like filing cabinets, display cases, desks and the like.

Been around for a bloody long time, and they actually work quite well.

More to do with the design of small wafer locks than anything to do with the picks.

Is that all you need or do you have to use another pick with one of those tools? you know what i mean?

Actually, I don't need a tension wrench. All you do is jiggle them while turning them. Unless the lock is spring-loaded, you shouldn't need a tension wrench.
