I have a suggestion and I don't know if it is possible with this type of forum format. When using the search button and you are wanting to look something specific say using the keywords (best) and (padlock) you will receive all posts with both the keywords instead of it cross referencing the words and only giving you those post with those words in them. This is very frustrating and may be a deterent for some. Keep in mind this is only a suggestion and may not even be possible. I've noticed that forums with the same format as yours have the same problem.

see "Display results as" on the bottom left hand side of the search box? use it

oops, sorry, read your question wrong...

to do what you want, either use boolean queries "best AND padlock", or use the "Search for all terms" feature under the search term box...
