Believe it or not, I buy mine at Walmart and Canadian Tire. Now, since it isn't like that there is a Canadian Tire anywhere near you. your best bet is the automotive section at Walmart.
Or, you can try a locksmith supply company. They will often sell normal hardware and tools, but not picks to off the street customers.

Try sporting goods or bicycle shops.

If there is a Frye's Electonics near you, they have several silicon and teflon lubricants. May not be called "Tri-flow" or "Superlube", but the same thing. I love Frye's. Sort of like the HD of everything electronc.
Computers, TV, recorders, electronic games, CDs, CBs, mother boards, you nae it, they've got it.

They have good deals on hard drives on Frys.com after rebate on sale, but their regular pricing on other electronics and computer stuff isn't all too great.
