Well there is no best tension tool in my opinion cause they all do the same job. Personally, on a majority of locks i use the twisted flex recessed and for locks where i need a bit more room for the pick or the keyway is just to small then i use the smaller wrench which to be honest I don't know what its called on the site you given.
