Ok, seriously...they're picks that are used by jiggling them, just like it sounds.

lol firearm is on top of the game tonight...
at any rate, yes jigglers are just that... picks that you jiggle rather then single pin pick. they basically use a strange shape that tries to emulate the general shape of a key, and jiggling them causes pins to set...similar i guess to a rake but rather then just push in/draw out method... its more of a stick it in and wiggle it method...
check out the HPC computer picks... and there are some similar ones made by majestic.
