You can use hand files. You may have to treat the material beforehand though to make it workable.

I'm not sure how old you are, but if you're still in school, a lot of them have tech rooms where they let you use the machinery. Most of our tech teachers are pretty lenient :D

Since you are obviously not mature enough or creative enough to think of a way to make picks after being given a tutorial, I will have to come there and do it for you. Just wait at the airport for me, I'll be right there.

You have been helped. Click Shrub's signature and read. Use hand files if you cannot access a grinder. We have basically spoon fed you already. We have scooped the food up and put the food in your mouth, all you have left to do is chew and swallow.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

If adults around you say "OMFG NO" then it's probably best that we do too.

welcome.

in breif:
you should only pick locks that you own and don't rely on (picking can break them)

picks can be made from any thin flat metal (automobile windsheild wiper blad inserts are popular, as as hacksaw blades) using any number of things but from the sounds of it your best bet is pick up a hand file at a hardware/home improvement/DIY store, but even the file on a gerber or leatherman multi tool will work.

there are MANY great tutorials on here, most of them stickies in the manual picks section for making picks. we get a LOT of inqueries askign for help from people who have not looked around the site for themselves. someday i too will be jaded to new people asking for help w/o availing themselves of extant resources.
