Anybody experience with Keden Aka Keyosk Padlocks?

Postby x4h » 11 Jan 2007 19:29

Hi all,

I've had this padlock for a good year:

http://www.keyosk.co.uk/pr_locks_padloc ... d-77.shtml

(The one on the left is the same model).

Been keeping it as my "target" while learning to pick - i've been successful picking a number of other easier locks but this one is still causing me a headache - I believe it has some sort of fake setting pins in there, as pin 1 & 3 appear to lock immediately and pin 1 at appears to set in two different positions.

Im going to keep plugging away at everything else - just wondering if anybody have any experience with this lock and can tell me what im up against (aka if I have a chance in hell :D).

I don't think Keden/Keyosk is a real brand so there won't be too many people here having any experience with them. It seems to be one of those china locks with custom label. Maybe it is a tri-circle? Anyway it shouldn't be too hard to pick. If you have no experience with spool/security pins read up on them on this forum.
If that doesn't help posting a photo of the keyway might give you more specific feedback.
